Our local transmitter has, we are told, finally been fixed. However of the usual five bars we only have two, so clearly more work is required. I have passed reports back to our supplier, and if there is no improvement soon, we will switch companies again (if this will make an improvement).
We have been sending out information by texts if we receive a notification of missed call from a mobile, and will continue to do this if the issue crops up again.
We can only offer our apologies for this interruption to our very popular helpline service. Please do continue to use WhatsApp messaging if you cannot get through.
